Full Time Senior Developer Position - Downtown San Francisco, CA

We are looking for qualified candidates that want to:

• Be the team expert with all aspects of Ruby/Ruby on Rails
• Work on a small dedicated team using Ruby on Rails, Redis, Resque, MySQL on EC2.
• Help lead the design and implementation of new feature releases in a test driven Agile development environment.
• Be a mentor for a great team of junior and mid-level developers.
• Be a key member of the technical design team, working with the Director of Engineering to discover, define, and implement best practice solutions.
• Provide thoughtful input at all stages of product development.
• Be opinionated, with the skills and experience to back it up.
