The Love Dimension is an ever expanding sacred psychedelic music group from San Francisco (Originally from the lost city of Atlantis) that creates sonic architecture for the benefit of all sentient beings across the multi-verse. The Love Dimension is currently using their musical sound waves to open up hearts and spread the vibration of love on Planet Earth to assist in the quantum shift of the collective consciousness of humanity.
Rediscovered in the fall of 2008 by Jimmy L. Dias (A.K.A. Jaguar Phoenix), the band manifested after a call from the heart and several spiritual awakening experiences. Spending the previous few years studying meditation, energy medicine, shamanic healing, and hypnotherapy, Jimmy utilizes what he learned in the healing arts combined with his voice, guitar and songwriting to transmit energy raising vibrations through the music and live performances.
Celeste Obomsawin, former member of the Boston League of Women Wrestlers, joined the band in late 2008. She was on stage in the womb, and following in her parents' footsteps, has been compelled to sing and make music since a young age. Celeste frequently incorporates her Native American heritage into her musical style; and interestingly enough, was blessed by the Black Panthers' own Huey P. Newton as a baby. With her versatile voice and heavenly harmonies in addition to playing percussion, flute, harmonica, and even the megaphone, Celeste is an integral part of the band.
Keyboardist Devin Farney (Mr. Frequencies) hails from the area, and brings a dose of Moog buzz and Vox fuzz. His extensive backlog of musical doings and interests helps add extra dimension to the love.
The Love Dimension has played all over the Bay Area and toured the west and east coast as well as parts of the mid west. They have played with many great bands including Bare Wires, Jeffertitti's Nile, Nectarine Pie, The Parties, Tim Cohen's Magic Trick, The Blank Tapes, Siddhartha, The Hypnotist Collectors, The Cosmonauts, The Upside Down, East Bay Grease, and Wall of Death.
