I had a wonderful time at the concert that Michael McDonald performed on Friday July 23, 2010 in St.Louis,Mo. He has an amazing voice and he is good looking also. Michael McDonald and myself was born in St. Louis,Mo on February 12 but he was born in 1952 and I was born in 1967. I wished that I could had a chance to talked to him in person. He is awesome.

I'll start by saying we are absolutely Michael McDonald fans. Love his smooth, vibrant, melo, beautiful voice. Have been listening to him since the 70's. We had faguluous seats at the Touhill Center at UMSL on Friday, July 23rd. Paid $130.00 for 2 tickets. Could not have been more disappointed. The opening act, can't even recall their name, but began with an S, were beyond bad. We listened painfully to one song and then proceeded to the lobby bar and drank until it was time for Michael. Come on, first of all, anyone who comes to see Michael McDonald is there for just that, we don't need some washed up, no name cover band. Don't care about his connection from 30 years ago, unless he's good! Bad start to the evening. We've been to this venue several other times and it was great, this concert was loud and tinny, no chance to discern the beautiful tones of McDonald's voice. We left after 4 songs. Couldn't take it. Can't tell you how dissappointed we were. Jeff & Marylee Behlmann
